Practical Tips for Focus, Pacing, and Confidence
Permalink

In the USA, the morning I had to do my proctored exam, my hands were shaking, so I made the room boring on purpose: phone in a drawer, desk empty, water on the left, ID on the right. I opened By Pass My Exam and did one quick timed set just to wake up my pacing brain. During the test, I used checkpoints every 10 questions I checked time, not my feelings. If I got stuck for a minute, I flagged it and moved. That one habit kept my focus intact and my confidence steady to the last question without spiraling.
